Richard explains that the email marketing campaigns that we send out for clients achieve a 30% open rate. Those of you that may think 30% isn’t that big, when you think about the average client’s database is around 60,000 that’s 18,000 people actually opening your email and receiving some brand awareness.

You may then receive 1-2% of people actually clicking on a link from your email directing them to a landing page, that’s 60 potential customers who have seen the email and are now interested in finding out more.
